Sadly the majority of us do not plan ahead (or WON'T), yet those that do plan ahead with priorities, milestones and accountability are those who are more successful! Planning only takes a little time each day and when our plans are prioritised and actioned we achieve so much. Planning is ridiculously simple and ridiculously effective!
A great coach will ensure you have accountable and actionable plans to get you going and keep you on track. Do you have a coach? A mentor? Someone to keep you on track? If not why not? It does mystify me often why we all have sporting coaches but hesitate at having business coaches.
To keep your business wheel rotating smoothly ALWAYS be prepared to adjust your personal and business plans along the way.
