Are you just selling or adding value?
This week I was an interested attendee and observer at a Small Business Expo (extremely well attended and marketed!), over the course of the day I was actively watching the sales techniques of the majority of the booth holders.
Interestingly, not one of them asked me this question, "How could they add value to my business!”
How can I add value to my clients business?
Then ask your client, how can I add value to your business TODAY?
Often we become trapped in what we have to sell and don't attempt to uncover our client's specific needs!
You may be very surprised by the reaction!
