Learn to delegate 🙋‍♂️

No one can do the job like us can they?

A dear friend of mine has recently taken the role as Chairperson in a volunteer role in a new and dynamic environment. At the outset she delegated her new committee tasks related to their relevant skills and interests. It has totally bonded the team together and is driving the committee forward. 📈

There are times when we are unable to delegate roles and responsibilities due to any number of reasons but if we are in the position to why wouldn’t we to support and drive results? 🎯

In our minds no-one can do the job as good as us, how do we know if we do not place our trust in their skill and ability? Nearly every person responds to being trusted and most certainly valued!
