Prioritise your tasks! 🎯

It is so easy for Savvy Sales professionals to have their clients/customers drive them rather than them driving the customer. 🛑

My advice is to plan your week ahead (preferably on the Friday before), set your appointments then allocate, A,B,C,D,E tasks on your “to do” list with the following methodology;

A = Priority #1/most important task/s - Complete those with the biggest impact FIRST as soon as practical.

B = Tasks not as important as Priority #1 - Complete these tasks next once A Tasks completed.

C = Tasks with a lower impact on your Sales and time, complete after A and B tasks completed.

D = Delegate tasks (if you are able) to others, the task.

E = Eliminate the task altogether, it may not be relevant to your current priorities and meet your Sales Targets.

For many years this process has been integral in my business life. ☝️
