#SavvySalestip #18

Do you know what you do well and what you can do better on your sales journey?

I am very aware of my strengths šŸ’Ŗ and my weaknesses šŸ§ as a sales professional and we all should face up to our skillset gaps and do something about them. šŸš§

We have 2 choices here; āœŒļø

Work on the skills we need to develop to clear the gaps - Absolutely correct if we have or can make the time in our busy sales world! šŸŒ

If you are able, utilise the skills of others that can support you with your sales who have superior skills you are not good at ā€“ saves so much precious time!

In my corporate world, I was blessed to have wonderful executive assistants who, to coin my phrase, ā€œCleaned up the devastation behind me!ā€. Talented, highly skilled people who ā€œgot meā€, worked with me to allow me to do what I am best atā€¦SELLING!! šŸ•ŗšŸŽÆ

These days I continue the journey with Rachel, principal of VP (Virtual Pulse) Virtual Assistant services. Rach gets me, understands my platform and is crucial in driving my profile through many different channels. She challenges me, offers ideas and solutions and absolutely cleans up the devastation behind me! Rach is the most crucial link in driving my business, picking up the pieces I have dropped and totally ā€œgetsā€ my vision and mission. Check out her website to give you an idea of her services! www.virtualpulseservices.com

What are you doing to fill your skill gaps savvy sales professionals? I would love to hear your story! šŸ™‹ā€ā™‚ļøšŸ“¢

Now Iā€™m off to sell! šŸ¤‘

Cheers, Mark
