Stop selling and start helping 🙌
I find the most successful salespeople are obsessed with helping their clients each and every time (I know this can be difficult with pressure to achieve targets 🎯).
They are also the ones I see offering support and advice to their colleagues both internally and externally. On the flip side, there are those that sell for their own personal benefit and gratification, this can be a dangerous short term strategy, particularly in today's rapid world driven by social media.
I strongly advise all #savvysales professionals as their first thought when with a client to be, "How can I help you today?" Such a strategy has the potential to increase incremental sales and build long term, mutually profitable business partnerships. 😎
