Health Check 🕵️‍♂️

How are your listening skills? 🤔 Studies show that most people are listening during a conversation...only to then put forward their point of view (or in sales, blurt out their product or service!) thus dismissing what they heard & devaluing others opinions 🙅‍♂️

When we 'actively' listen with engagement and empathy to our clients we are sending a genuine, heartfelt message to them. Often resulting in higher sales or better still incremental sales. The old adage is so true…...we have two ears and one mouth for a reason….we should be listening twice the time we are speaking!
