To support my prompter from last weeks post, to commence your business planning process, I recommend you review your year to date with a S.W.O.T analysis with yourself & your team (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats).
Then review your profitable products and/or services and focus on those that will deliver the BEST results for the upcoming financial year, phasing them into months that historically deliver the strongest results (or perhaps you attack the traditionally quieter months at the same time!) always focus on the 3 ‘R”s - #Revenue #Responsibility #Results
